It was nice to meet you and Jeremy (his name is Jeremy, right?) last night at the Jayhawker. Good luck with the application process; it often in quite stressful. Here is the title of that book that I mentioned last night: it's called _Getting What You Came For: The Smart Students Guide to Earning a Master's or Ph.D., revised edition_ by Robert L. Peters, published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux in 1997. It's a really good book and it will probably answer a lot of the questions that you have, and answer questions that you don't have, but should.

I'll try to think about some other books that might also be helpful for you.

I guess you are back in the US and hope everything is under control with you. I am back to work. I was called before the end of my study leave, as our dept is understaffed.Otherwise, its good to be back home with my family and friends and most of all, with Teboho-chan.

Thank you so much for taking out for lunch on the day I left Brighton. It really touched my heart to part with you guys. Re your bibliography: the film that was done in Santiago with the
Taller de Danzas Antiquas was prodced by the Historical Dance Foundation with Charles Garth and Elizabeth Aldrich. Two of Julia Sutton's dances were used: "So Ben" and the canaries. She had no other connection to the film.
